L’implantation d’un iris artificiel associé à une lentille intra-oculaire à fixation intrasclérale (Glue IOL) sans suture est une opération complexe apportant de très bons résultats esthétiques et fonctionnels chez le patient ne présentant pas de support capsulaire. Nous reportons un cas rare d’implantation à la suite d’un " blunt " trauma.
Abstract
The implantation of an artificial iris associated with intrascleral intraocular lens (Glued IOL) without suture is a complex operation providing very good aesthetic and functional results in the patient with defective capsule. We report a rare case of implantation following a " blunt " trauma.
