Le lymphome primitif de la thyroïde est une entité rare. La symptomatologie clinique est souvent représentée par un goitre de volume important, d’évolution rapide avec des signes de compression posant un problème de diagnostic différentiel avec le cancer anaplasique. Une approche multidisciplinaire comprenant la chirurgie, la radiothérapie et/ou la chimiothérapie permet de contrôler la maladie voire de l’éradiquer ; nous analysons rétrospectivement le traitement et l’évolution clinique de cinq patients présentant un lymphome primitif de la thyroïde. Malignant primary lymphoma of the thyroid gland is a rare disease. The principal clinical sign is a rapidly growing goiter, leading to signs of compression, raising the question of differential diagnosis with anaplastic cancer. Multimodality therapy with surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy appears to be of value. We retrospectively reviewed the management and outcomes of five consecutives patients with thyroid lymphoma.
