Une volumineuse hernie inguino-scrotale
A huge inguino-scrotal hernia
Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient de 76 ans présentant une volumineuse hernie inguinoscrotale gauche. La réduction laparoscopique et la cure de la hernie via un abord inguinal sont réalisées. Aucune récidive n’est observée après deux ans et demi de suivi postopératoire. Les techniques chirurgicales de reconstruction et la principale complication postopératoire sont discutées. We report herein a case of a 76 year-old-man, who presented a huge left inguino-scrotal hernia. Laparoscopic reduction of the hernia contents and hernia repair through an inguinal approach were performed. No recurrence was observed two years and a half postoperatively.
